Endless Scanning

I've just spent ages scanning in all the pages of 'The Gods Must Be Bastards'. Here's a page I'm happy with. The next boring task is to clean them all up. Then its off to the printers in time for the London Small Press and Comics event in March.

This is going to be the back cover for 'The Gods Must Be Bastards'. I'm going for something much more subtle for the front cover, but I've finally decided what it'll be now. Once 'Gin Palace 2' is back from the printers and on sale I'll get this one sent off, hopefully it'll come out in January.

Here's the top row of drawings from page 29 of 'The Gods Must Be Bastards'. I am feeling happier about this story. It took me the first twenty pages to get into drawing it but now the drawings look ok to me. I'm going to redraw a lot of the first pages and then I should be reasonably happy. This time I'm going to draw the whole thing and then do lots of editing and see if I can get a better story that way. It's going to be about sixty pages long or so. I think I'll bring it out as one big comic as it seems pointless now to split it into two.
