Little Holiday in Exmouth

 We had a nice little holiday in a caravan in Exmouth last week. it was nice weather all the time. We went on a boat ride to the Jurassic Coast and did a lot of walking too, and had a day out in Exeter. here's a few photos.  My latest comic 'The Purple Feather' has just arrived back from the printers so I've put it on sale in my shop. It is £5. My shop adds £1.50 postage but only once for each order so it's cheaper to buy more than one comic, here's the front page of the shop 

'The Purple Feather' is 48 black and white pages with colour covers. It is B5 sized.

When old Billy receives the mysterious purple feather he blows the horn of Glythorn as he has been taught. He is surprised to see he has summoned an ancient King with his knights, and his Welsh wizard. Now they must all work out what is going on in modern times, and save Britain from a terrible new threat.

Cleaning the Pages of 'The Purple Feather'

 I have scanned all the pages of this comic that I drew last year, and now I have started cleaning it up. There are 48 pages, and today I'm up to page fifteen so won't be too long. I'm going to send it to the printers next month I think. 

Drawing a New Comic

 I've started drawing a new comic. I'm not sure where it's going yet, as usual, but I am up to page seven today. Here's the first row of panels.

'Awful Scottish Folktales' is a 28 page black and white comic with colour covers. A5 sized.

My brother bought a book of Scottish Folktales from a charity shop. When I read them I realised a lot of them were strange, horrible, frightening tales of cannibalism, murder and dark magic. So I drew the weirdest ones for this little comic.

Holiday in France

 We've just got back from a holiday in France. It was very hot and sunny most of the time. We went to a gite near Chantenay Saint Imbert near Nevers and Bourges, and stayed a night in Tours and in Boulogne Sur Mer on the way there and back. Here's a bunch of photos.

'Awful Scottish Folktales' Sent to the Printers

 I've sent this comic that I drew last year to the printers now. I read it again and I still like it. My brother bought a book of Scottish folktales from a charity shop and I read it. There's some really horrible and weird tales in there, full of murders and cannibalism, so I drew them for this comic. It should be out in a month or so.
