Little Holiday in Middleton in Teesdale

 We've just been away for four nights to Middleton in Teesdale. We sayed in a little house right next to the pub. It was very nice, we did a lot of walking and eating in pubs. Now for all the Christmas markets, I will be very busy for the next four weeks. Here's some photos. We went to Low Force and High Force and went on a day out to Durham and went round the Cathedral.

Bradford Zine Fair Little Report

 I went to Bradford Zine Fair yesterday, it's the first one I've done since the pandemic. It went really well! It was in the City Library which is in the square next to all the fountains in the middle of town. It was a really good zine fair, there were lots of people and they were interested too. Thanks to the organisers, they did a very good job. Here's my stall and a photo of the fair before it opened, as you can see it is in the library.

The Haunted Hotel

 I've started drawing a new comic, looks like it will be a comedy horror type of thing set in Venice. I'm hoping to make it short and small so I can afford to get it printed once it's done. Here's the first big panel, not finished yet.

 I finally got round to finishing the front cover for my new comic, and it finally has a name. 

Little Holiday in Norfolk

 We had a little holiday for a week in a caravan in Norfolk. It was hot and sunny all the time and was a very nice change. I'll get back to some drawing in a few days once I recover from all the walking we did... 

Bradford Zine Fair 9th October 2021

 What's that? I'm actually going to a Zine Fair! It's been ages and ages.

I've got a table at Bradford Zine Fair on Saturday 9th October, its at the City Library. Should be good, I'm looking forward to going to a zine fair again after such a long time off. Here's the website. I'll bring lots of comics and my 'Woodworking' zine too.

'Rituals of Loneliness'

 I've done some illustrations for the artist Shonagh Short for a new video artwork at FACT Liverpool called 'Rituals of Loneliness' It'll be on show in the foyer at FACT from the 15th of September to the 3rd of October. Hopefully it'll be shown on a big screen outside as well, when that gets put up. We are planning to go and see it once it's open.

 I've been working on the first bit of editing for my comic in progress. I managed to cut two whole pages with my scissors and glue. Hopefully it'll make more sense now and be less repetitive. Here's all the cut out scenes...
