Ice Cream

I've been making lots of ice cream for the last few days to sell in the summer. These two need a bit more stirring yet. So far I have made rice pudding, gooseberry, earl grey tea and blackcurrant ice creams. Any suggestions for more types? It's nice to do some cooking after all the drawing I've been doing earlier in the year.

I like the look of that red one especially. As for flavours, Wallings ice creams do some smart ones, a berry cheescake one and ginger being my favourite.

That guy on Masterchef did a Blue Cheese ice cream too didn't he?, though the judges said it was crap. I'd be up for trying it tho.

Prune?

Berry cheesecake sounds very nice, I'll give that a go. I am going to try rhubarb crumble once it's rhubarb season.

I am tempted to try carrot but no one would buy that...

You know what, carrot might be ok. I'd try it.

at first sight, I thought the first photo was noodle soup, and I thought "those noodles look weird"...then I realized it was ice cream :)

It is weird looking! It is custard sitting in tea syrup for tea ice cream before I have stirred it all up.
