Here's the first page of my new 4 page story 'Under the Sign of Mars' which i'm going to try and send in for the UK Mini Comix and Web Comix Thing anthology. It needs some redrawing yet I reckon. I know a crab isn't the sign of Mars by the way....

All Crumb stuff is godlike as far as I'm concerned especially post sixties.
Have you ever seen the Terry Zwigoff film about him – it's called Crumb funnily enough?

i have seen that crumb film, it's great, though its very sad about his brother in it. I heard recently that Crumb does a lot of meditation nowadays in his French home and is much more happy. I'm going to get his 'Genesis' book once that comes out...
