As 'Goblin Hall' has moved off the front page of my blog I thought I'd mention again that it's for sale on my website. Only £3 with free postage to the UK and Europe. Add £1 for the rest of the world. I've still got lots of copies of 'Great Deeds Against the Dead' Parts 1 &2 there too, and some copies of 'Gin Palace 1' though that one has been selling well.
